RIGHT TO RECEED 
Our company procedure complies with the Italian Legislative Decree 22 May 1999 n. 185 and with the European Union Directive 97/7/CE with regard to consumer protection in distance sales: the consumer has the right to return the goods and be refunded, without facing any penalties and without specifying the motive for cancellation, within 10 working days from receipt of the goods purchased.

How to return goods

When returning goods, you are required to follow the steps described below: 

1) Communicate your intention to cancel (either complete or part order) stating exactly which goods you intend to return either by e-mail to info@ladispensa.net. Although you are not obliged to supply a motive, a brief explanation why you intend to return the goods in question would allow us to improve our service and evaluate eventual errors with regard to choice of products or mode of transport.
2) The notice of cancellation must be communicated in writing within 10 days of receiving the goods.
3) The goods purchased and delivered must be returned, unused and in the original packaging within 10 working days from the receipt of  products. 
4) We will refund the unsatisfied client the amount paid for the goods being returned.
